Classic Aloo Paratha — Sarson Tel Mein
Ingredients (4 parathas)
- 2 cups gehun ka atta (wheat flour)
- 3 medium aloo — ubale aur maash kiye
- 4-6 tbsp Sahya Kachi Ghani Sarson Tel
- 1 hari mirch, adrak, hara dhania
- Namak, red mirch, amchur powder
Method
Stuffing: Maashe aalu mein sari sabziyaan aur masale mix karein. 4 equal balls banayein.
Dough: Atta + namak + 1 tsp sarson tel + paani se smooth dough banayein. 20 min rest dein.
Roll: Dough ball ko bail lein. Stuffing beech mein rakhin. Band karein. Fir se bail lein.
Cook: Tawa medium-hot karein. Paratha rakhin. 1 min baad flip karein. Sarson tel se dono sides pe senkein — golden brown hone tak.
Dadi ka Secret: Paratha serve karte waqt upar se fresh sarson tel ki ek boond — taste aur bhi authentic ho jaata hai. Dahi aur achaar ke saath serve karein.
