- 1 kg kairi (raw mangoes)
- 200ml Sahya Kachi Ghani Sarson Tel
- 50g sarson (mustard seeds) — pisee hui
- 30g saunf (fennel seeds)
- 20g kalonji (nigella seeds)
- 30g lal mirch powder
- 20g haldi
- 50g namak
Method
- Kairi ko dhokla kaat lein. 2-3 din dhoop mein sukhaein.
- Sarson tel ko kadhai mein garam karein — smoke point tak. Thanda karein completely.
- Saare masale aapas mein mix karein.
- Kairi ke tukdon par masala mix karein — acchi tarah coat karein.
- Thande kiye sarson tel mein daalein. Sterilized jar mein band karein.
- 2-3 din dhoop mein rakhein. Rooz hilayein.
