- 1 tamatar
- Adrak-lahsun paste
- Haldi, lal mirch, jeera, namak
- Machhi par haldi-namak lagaein. Sarson tel garam karein — dhuan aane do.
- Machhi fry karein sone tak. Alag rakhein.
- Usi tel mein jeera, pyaz, tomato, masale bhoonyein.
- Paani dalein, ek ubal aane do. Machhi daalein.
- 10 minute dhak ke pakayein. Serve karein.
